Authenticated command execution via crafted WebUI input
Published Sep 1, 2026 · Updated Sep 3, 2026
Command injection in affected AOS-CX releases allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through the web management interface. HPE has not disclosed the vulnerable WebUI endpoint or how it passes crafted input to an operating-system command interpreter. A low-privileged account and network access to the management HTTPS service are required; successful exploitation grants arbitrary command execution on the switch.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
