Cross-site scripting via incomplete script removal

Cross-site scripting in affected SVGO releases allows remote attackers to execute scripts through crafted SVG input opened by another user. The removeScripts plugin fails to recognize namespaced script elements, and versions 3 and 4 compare JavaScript URI schemes case sensitively, leaving executable markup in optimized output. Exploitation requires this disabled-by-default plugin, untrusted SVG processing, same-origin serving, and another user opening the result; scripts can read local storage or cookies.
