Local authentication bypass via retained default passwords

Authentication bypass in IBM Operations Analytics - Log Analysis allows local users to access the Log Analysis web interface. The file-based basic user registry retains the documented unityadmin and unityuser default passwords after installation instead of forcing replacement. IBM assesses exploitation as local with no prior privileges or user interaction; the resulting session carries the default account's assigned role.
