Cross-request data disclosure via shared JSON parser

Shared-state data exposure in Apache Struts 7.2.1 allows remote attackers to observe data from concurrent JSON requests. The JSON interceptor reuses a stateful StrutsJSONReader across threads, so one parse can expose another request's values and disrupt limit counters. Exposure requires the JSON plugin, a reachable action populated from JSON request bodies, and concurrent requests; action population is not enabled by default.
