Server-side request forgery in Serendipity before 2.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to read internal HTTP response bodies. serendipity_url_allowed() checks only dotted-decimal IPv4 and lets hex IPv4, IPv6 literals, and omitted link-local ranges reach the media URL fetcher. An account with adminImagesAdd permission can save a reachable service's response under the public uploads directory, exposing its contents.
