Root-owned file overwrite via temporary-file symlinks

Insecure temporary-file creation in sblim-cmpi-base on RHEL 7 through 10 allows local users to overwrite root-owned files via symlinks. The provider registration scripts write through paths in world-writable temporary directories without safely creating the destination, so a preplaced symlink redirects privileged output. Exploitation requires elevated script execution and ineffective sticky-directory symlink protection; successful attacks can corrupt root-owned files and interrupt services.
