OS command injection in Zimbra Collaboration before 10.1.20 allows remote attackers to execute commands through crafted SMTP requests. SNMP notification processing fails to sanitize SMTP-derived input before incorporating it into an operating-system command. Exploitation requires zimbra-snmp, snmp_notify enabled, and swatchdog running; commands execute as the zimbra user.
