Unauthenticated service crash via wrapped exec length

Integer overflow in frp's optional SSH Tunnel Gateway in versions 0.53.0 through 0.70.0 allows remote attackers to crash the frps process. TunnelServer.handleNewChannel adds four to an untrusted uint32 exec-command length, lets 0xFFFFFFFF wrap to three, and slices payload[4:3], causing an unrecovered panic. The gateway must be enabled; without an authorized-keys file, the request is processed before token validation and drops every active tunnel when frps exits.
