Unauthenticated service exhaustion via orphaned RPC waiters

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Anephenix Hub before 0.2.16 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via silent WebSocket clients. For each connection, requestClientId pushes a get-client-id request into RPC.requests, while RPC.waitForReply starts a 10-millisecond polling timer that neither times out nor stops when the socket closes. Any network-reachable default server accepts this unauthenticated sequence; repeated silent connections accumulate timers and heap objects until CPU and memory exhaustion makes the service unavailable.
