SSRF and local file read via media bypass

Server-side request forgery and local file read in vLLM before 0.26.0 allow attackers to access arbitrary URLs and readable files. MiMoV2OmniMultiModalProcessor in vllm/transformers_utils/processors/mimo_v2_omni.py sends attacker-controlled image and audio strings to requests.get and Image.open instead of MediaConnector, so allowed_media_domains and allowed_local_media_path checks never run. Exploitation requires a path that accepts user-supplied multi_modal_data for MiMoV2Omni models; the published CVSS treats that ability as low privileges and bounds the impact to confidentiality.
