Administrator deletion via tokenless GET request

Cross-site request forgery in phpList before 3.7.0-RC5 allows remote attackers to delete administrator accounts via a crafted URL. The admins.php deletion branch processes a GET delete parameter without requiring verifyCsrfGetToken when the tk parameter is absent. Exploitation requires a logged-in super-administrator to load the URL; the upstream discussion states that SameSite=Strict appears to prevent classic cross-site delivery, while a request carrying the session cookie deletes any administrator other than the current user.
