Root command execution via crafted Certz Rotate

OS command injection in gNSI Certz and Bootz in Arista EOS allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands as root. A crafted Certz Rotate request reaches unsafe OS-command handling; Arista has not disclosed the affected function or how request data enters the command. Exposure requires gNSI Certz enabled or Bootz initial provisioning, and a privileged authenticated attacker can fully compromise the device.
