Account takeover via reusable recovery tokens

Authentication bypass in Vulnerability-Lookup 5.5.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to take over accounts via captured recovery links. Activation and recovery tokens contain only the login, are neither purpose-bound nor recorded as consumed, and remain reusable after a password change. A currently valid link is required, but no existing password or authenticated session is needed; replay permits repeated password resets.
