Authenticated file-read oracle via MongoDB TLS paths

Path-based information disclosure in Budibase before 3.40.1 allows remote authenticated users to test server file readability. The MongoDB integration passes builder-supplied tlsCertificateKeyFile and tlsCAFile paths to MongoClient, whose file reads return distinguishable errors. A builder account on Budibase Cloud can enumerate readable paths across the shared server; ordinary file contents are not returned by the oracle.
