Arbitrary SQL execution via unescaped table names

SQL injection in Budibase before 3.39.18 allows remote attackers with MySQL table-creation rights to execute arbitrary SQL during schema discovery. The MySQL integration enables multiple statements and interpolates an unescaped table name from INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLES into a backtick-delimited DESCRIBE query. Exploitation requires a maliciously named table and a Budibase administrator to trigger schema introspection; the injected statement runs with the configured datasource credentials.
