Authenticated database disclosure via crafted post slug
Published Aug 12, 2026 · Updated Aug 12, 2026
SQL injection in Camaleon CMS 2.9.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read SQLite data through a crafted post slug. The post creation and editing path passes the hidden post[slug] value into an inadequately parameterized database query, allowing boolean- or union-style SQL syntax to be evaluated. Post creation or editing privileges are required; an editor demonstrated dumping application tables, including administrative credentials and configuration data.
