Heap disclosure via unterminated RealRTSP response line

Heap out-of-bounds read in VideoLAN VLC media player 3.0.0 through 3.0.23 allows remote attackers to read client heap data. RtspReadLine copies a server response into a 4096-byte buffer without ensuring termination, and rtsp_get passes it to strdup as a C string. Exploitation requires a user to open a playlist entry for a hostile realrtsp server; the retained Session value returns adjacent heap bytes to that server.
