Unauthenticated credential disclosure via live task serialization

Information disclosure in Kestra 1.3.26 allows remote attackers to read live task configuration through the worker endpoint. WorkerEndpoint marks GET /worker non-sensitive and directly serializes complete live Task objects, including environment variables, headers, commands, connection details, and plaintext credentials. Exploitation requires network access to management port 8081, at least one running task, and no separately configured management-endpoint authentication.
