Resource exhaustion via unguarded request.data parsing

Resource exhaustion in Django REST framework before 3.17.2 allows remote attackers to consume memory and CPU with oversized request bodies. Request._parse() gives JSONParser and FormParser the raw HttpRequest stream, whose read path skips Django's DATA_UPLOAD_MAX_MEMORY_SIZE guard. Exposure requires a reachable endpoint that accesses request.data for JSON or URL-encoded input; upstream size limits, authentication, and rate limiting can restrict the effect.
