Application crash via preparse buffer-size wraparound

Heap out-of-bounds write in DBI before 1.652 allows remote attackers to crash applications via oversized SQL on 32-bit Perl. The preparse function multiplies the statement length by seven in 32-bit STRLEN, wraps the allocation to 19 bytes at 613,566,757 input bytes, and copies through a raw pointer without a capacity check. Reachability requires an application to pass an unbounded attacker-controlled statement to preparse on 32-bit Perl; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash, while code execution remains unproven.
