Host command execution via unquoted git diff arguments

Command injection in Eiliya Abedini aider-mcp 667b914 allows remote attackers to execute host commands through code_with_ai. The _get_changes_diff_or_content function joins editable_files into an unquoted git diff string and executes it with shell=True. Any caller able to invoke the MCP tool can inject shell metacharacters, gaining the file and process access of the server account.
