Unauthenticated resource access via transfer replay

Authentication bypass in ZenHive mpp 0.6.1 through 0.6.3 allows remote attackers to obtain paid resources via replayed transfer hashes. In MPP.Methods.Tempo, configuring a static memo makes check_matched_memo_binding/3 accept matching transfers without the per-challenge attribution nonce, and the type="hash" verification path does not verify that the presenter controls the wallet that sent the transaction. Only Tempo deployments that set a static memo are affected; default per-challenge attribution blocks reuse, while stateless deployments permit unlimited replay of any public matching transfer.
