Unauthenticated Insight credential disclosure via web service
Published Jun 2, 2026 · Updated Jun 2, 2026
Credential disclosure in Progress Sitefinity CMS allows remote attackers to obtain plaintext credentials used by the Sitefinity Insight connector. An affected web service exposes the connector's stored Insight credential without authentication, but Progress has not identified the endpoint or code path. The exposure is reachable only when Insight integration is active and the site uses the required non-default configuration.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
