Authenticated build-traffic disclosure via environment injection

Information disclosure in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 allows remote authenticated users to intercept build traffic. The buildconfigs/instantiate handler accepts dangerous names such as LD_PRELOAD and http_proxy under format-only validation and propagates them into a privileged docker-build container. A remote user holding the stock edit ClusterRole can redirect or instrument build traffic; practical exposure is limited to unsupported minimal-role configurations because stock edit already permits Secret reads.
