Admin access via unthrottled Basic Auth guesses

Improper authentication-attempt restriction in SiYuan before 3.7.4 allows remote attackers to gain administrator access via HTTP Basic Auth. The CheckAuth() Basic Authentication branch compares the workspace access code without consulting NeedCaptcha() or incrementing WrongAuthCount. A network-reachable kernel with an access code is exposed to unlimited guesses; a successful guess grants file, query, export, plugin, and process privileges.
