Unauthenticated arbitrary file write via user_id traversal

Path traversal in DB-GPT 0.8.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to write arbitrary server files through the Python upload endpoint. The handler inserts the unvalidated user_id HTTP header into the upload directory path before opening attacker-supplied content for writing. Default deployments accept the header without authentication, and writes to startup hooks, cron paths, or agent scripts enable code execution.
