Stored XSS via unescaped v-html message rendering

Stored cross-site scripting in GramSearch Telegram Search 1.2.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in victims' browsers. MessageList.vue passes verbatim Telegram message content from highlightKeyword into v-html without escaping HTML, so injected event handlers execute during rendering. An attacker must post to an imported shared group, and execution occurs when a victim browses or searches the stored messages.
