Arbitrary file write via unsanitized upload filename

Path traversal in SGLang 5.10 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files through unauthenticated multimodal API uploads. The image and video editing endpoints join a client-supplied multipart filename to the uploads directory, and _save_upload_to_path writes the resulting path without traversal checks. The multimodal runtime and its HTTP API must be enabled and network-reachable; successful requests overwrite or create files wherever the server process can write.
