Unauthorized channel conversion via name-based permission bypass

Missing authorization in affected Rocket.Chat releases allows remote authenticated users to convert unrelated public channels into teams. The channels.convertToTeam endpoint checks edit-room only when channelId identifies the room, so channelName bypasses that ownership check. Any registered user has create-team by default; exploitation changes an unrelated public channel into a team without granting data access or interrupting service.
