Authentication bypass in Mintplex Labs AnythingLLM 1.0.0 through 1.15.0 allows remote attackers to take over accounts via password recovery. recoverAccount() deduplicates submitted codes before trimming them, then lets both normalized values match the same stored recovery-code hash. Multi-user mode, the target username, and one valid recovery code are required; the returned reset token permits password replacement, including for an administrator.
