Application database disclosure via public native query

Missing authorization in Metabase x.58.0 through x.63.4 allows remote authenticated users to read the application database. A low-privileged user can create a native SQL question targeting the audit database, enable public sharing, and execute the public card. The read exposes session records and password hashes and, under the default configuration without MB_ENCRYPTION_SECRET_KEY, cleartext credentials for connected databases.
