Sensitive data disclosure via unsafe SQL concatenation

SQL injection in JEECG JeecgBoot 3.9.0 and 3.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to infer sensitive database values via loadDict. SysDictServiceImpl.getFilterSql concatenates the untrusted keyword into LIKE and IN SQL text that MyBatis renders through the filterSql fragment. Low-privileged JWT access and a valid request signature are required, but the default signing secret permits inference of password hashes and salts.
