Cross-tenant command execution via unquoted nodeId

OS command injection in Dokploy before 0.29.13 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on another tenant's server. getNodeInfo inserts an unquoted nodeId into a remotely executed docker node inspect shell command after swarm handlers accept an unscoped serverId. The caller needs server:read permission and the target serverId; successful exploitation runs commands as the SSH user configured for that server.
