Host command execution via unquoted composePath

OS command injection in Dokploy before 0.29.13 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands on the host via composePath. The compose.update operation stores the unvalidated path, and build, deploy, and start code interpolates it unquoted into docker compose, docker stack, and touch command strings passed to /bin/sh -c. A member needs compose write and deploy permission; successful exploitation runs commands in the Docker-privileged Dokploy host context.
