Root container access via unscoped WebSocket terminal

Missing authorization in Dokploy before 0.29.13 allows remote authenticated users to obtain root shells in arbitrary local containers. The local /docker-container-terminal branch validates the session and containerId format but never binds that identifier to the caller's role, organization, or service access before passing it to docker exec. The flaw affects self-hosted instances only, and base member access is sufficient to read or alter containers belonging to the platform or other tenants.
