Internal response disclosure via mapped-IPv6 SSRF bypass
Published Aug 20, 2026 · Updated Aug 25, 2026
SSRF in 9Router 0 through 0.5.55 allows remote authenticated users to read internal responses and scan services via a crafted baseUrl. The /api/provider-nodes/validate route passes baseUrl to outbound fetches after assertPublicUrl compares only hostname text, leaving canonicalized IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses, DNS results, and redirects unchecked. A dashboard session is required by default; the custom-embedding path returns up to 200 response bytes, while other validation types expose status and timing signals.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
