Authenticated SSRF via unpinned DNS re-resolution

SSRF in Budibase Server before 3.40.0 allows remote authenticated users to access blocked internal HTTP services via DNS rebinding. OpenAPI import validates a hostname before a separate raw fetch, while REST execution passes a pinned Node agent to undici, which ignores it and re-resolves through its dispatcher. Builder-level access and control of a rebinding hostname are required; responses from loopback or private services can expose data and permit limited writes.
