Stored XSS via quoted-attribute parser mismatch

Stored XSS in Security::detectXss() in GetGrav Grav 1.5.2 through 2.0.12 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript. Its event-handler scan stops at the first literal greater-than sign, even inside a quoted attribute that the browser continues parsing as part of the same tag. A page editor lacking admin.super can cross the content-safety boundary; any visitor opening the stored page executes the script in the site origin.
