Authenticated internal-service disclosure via unprotected MCP requests
Published Aug 11, 2026 · Updated Aug 11, 2026
SSRF in the MCP Client node in n8n before 2.32.1 allows remote authenticated users to read responses from blocked internal hosts. The node sends requests to a user-supplied endpoint without configured SSRF routing or resolved-address pinning. Exploitation requires permission to create or edit workflows; successful requests expose services reachable from the n8n server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0 <2.31.5
