Authenticated SSRF via IPv6 transition address validation

SSRF in vulnerability-lookup unreleased HEAD code allows remote authenticated users to exfiltrate data through crafted webhook destinations. The webhook validator in website/notifications/webhooks.py accepts globally routed IPv6 transition addresses without checking whether their embedded IPv4 destination is private, loopback, link-local, or cloud metadata. Exploitation requires notification-configuration permission and a NAT64, 6to4, or Teredo path, allowing internal requests carrying vulnerability notification data.
