Authenticated host command execution via shell interpolation

OS command injection in Dokploy before 0.29.13 allows remote authenticated users with compose permissions to execute commands on the Docker host. The createCommand() path concatenates compose app names, paths, and custom configuration into a raw shell string that deployment passes to shell execution. A user must hold authenticated compose-creation permission and trigger deployment; shell metacharacters then run commands against the Linux Docker host.
