Cross-account resource transfer via permitted account_id

Authorization flaw in Chatwoot before 4.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to transfer resources across tenant accounts. Four Rails API controllers permit the client-supplied account_id field in strong parameters, allowing mass assignment to change resource ownership. Account-administrator access and a target account identifier are required; transfer exposes or alters another tenant's resources and can remove the original tenant's access.
