Account takeover via unchecked administrative action authorization

Missing authorization in SPIP before 4.4.18 allows remote attackers to reset any account password through administrative action endpoints. The ecrire/action/ endpoints accept an HMAC-SHA256 nonce generated for the anonymous user and invoke editer_auteur without an autoriser() permission check. No credentials or user interaction are required; a direct HTTP request can rewrite an administrator password and enable full account takeover.
