Configuration disclosure via unfiltered Twig sandbox arrays

Published Aug 25, 2026 · Updated Aug 26, 2026

Information disclosure in Grav before 2.0.16 allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive configuration through page-authored Twig. Twig::init() inserts raw system, site, and theme arrays, while processPage() filters only the separate config variable before sandboxed rendering. Page-content edit access and Twig processing are required; exposed arrays can contain cache credentials and other site secrets.
