Arbitrary file deletion via basename-only validation

Path traversal in Grav before 2.0.16 allows remote authenticated users with media management permissions to delete arbitrary server files. MediaUploadTrait::deleteFile() validates only the basename, reconstructs the preserved directory path, and passes it to unlink(). Page or media editing permission is required; traversal sequences can escape media storage and remove configuration or content, causing integrity loss or service interruption.
