Cross-tenant question injection via unscoped event lookup

Improper authorization in Attendize through commit 9289acb allows remote authenticated users to inject questions into other organizers' events. The postCreateEventQuestion method resolves the event_id path value with Event::findOrFail without the account scope, so the write can target an event in another tenant. Any authenticated organizer can create persistent mandatory survey questions that appear on a victim's registration page and cannot be removed through the victim's account-scoped delete path.
