Privileged script execution via unsafe output identifier

Code injection in Elastic Fleet Server allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side scripts through crafted output identifiers. Kibana accepts unsafe characters in an output configuration identifier, and Fleet Server interpolates the identifier into a script during agent policy processing instead of treating it as data. High-privilege output-configuration access is required; successful injection executes attacker-controlled script content that can expose or alter data.
