Unauthenticated directory listing via absolute path
Published Aug 11, 2026 · Updated Aug 11, 2026
Path traversal in AsyncFuncAI DeepWiki-Open through commit 16f35a0 allows remote attackers to list arbitrary host directories without authentication. The /local_repo/structure handler accepts an absolute path and walks that directory without confining it to an approved repository root. Default authentication is disabled, so network access to the service is sufficient to enumerate sensitive filenames and directory structure.
