Unauthenticated RCE via imported hook shell injection

OS command injection in alseambusher crontab-ui 0.4.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute system commands via a crafted database import. The POST /import handler streams any uploaded file over crontab.db, and makeCommand() appends each imported hook value to a shell command without validation or quoting. Basic authentication is optional and disabled unless both credentials are configured; execution occurs under the service account when the imported job next runs.
