Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG logo upload

Stored XSS in Bludit 4.0.0-beta allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in other users' browsers through an SVG site logo. The logo-upload handler validates the filename suffix rather than the file content, allowing an SVG with active script to be stored and served as the logo. Author-role access is required, and execution occurs when another user loads the stored logo, exposing that browser session to attacker-controlled script actions.
